As a working administrator the duties and responsibilities are inspections, report writing and technical support to all customers, vendors and sub-contractors. Mr. Barry is a Certified Environmental Consultant and Environmental Inspector, EPA Certified Lead Risk Assessor/Inspector, Certified AHERA/ASHARA Building Inspector, Industrial Hygienist, Biologist,Instructor and Public Speaker. Mr. Barry has extensive industrial hygiene experience, specializing in air quality sampling and investigations related to airborne contaminates. He has conducted ambient and indoor air quality in a wide range of environments such as sick building syndrome,building related illnesses, potential worker exposure issues, industry-specific testing criteria,building ventilation, and mold/fungal assessments. In addition Mr. Barry has conducted forensic investigations related to materials and process failures including building envelopes. He has performed hazardous materials surveys for commercial and residential structures. And in addition has performed hundreds of structural pest investigations for wood destroying organisms’ in commercial and residential buildings.
